Financiarisation, régime d'accumulation et mode de régulation. Peut-on appliquer le "modèle " américain à l'économie française ?

The thesis relates to the possibility of implementing the American "model" withthe French economy. The period cover by the thesis begins in 1979, which marks the increasein the financial pressures. It stops in 2002, when the recovery in the United States appearsengaged. The first part concerns the regulation school which constitutes the framework of thethesis. The second part recalls the evolutions which take part in the increasing financialisationof the economy. The last part is devoted to postkeynesian modelling. One tries to establish theconditions from which the domination of finance on the whole of the economic relationship isable to create the conditions of a stable growth: the modification of the institutional hierarchymust be accompanied by the emergence of new institutional coherences. Once reproducedthese conditions within the framework of model being spread within a closed framework, it ispossible to draw all the implications from an export of the American pattern of regulation inthe Hexagon.La thèse porte sur la possibilité d'adopter le « modèle » américain à l'économiefrançaise. La période couverte par la thèse débute en 1979, qui marque l'augmentation descontraintes financières. Elle s'arrête en 2002, lorsque la reprise aux États-Unis paraît enclenchée.La première partie traite de la théorie de la régulation qui constitue la grille de lecture dela thèse. La seconde partie retrace les évolutions qui participent à la financiarisation croissantedes économies. La dernière partie est consacrée à la modélisation postkeynésienne. On tented'établir les conditions à partir desquelles la domination de la finance sur l'ensemble des relationséconomiques est susceptible de créer les conditions d'une croissance stable : la modificationde la hiérarchie institutionnelle doit s'accompagner de l'émergence de nouvelles cohérencesinstitutionnelles. Une fois reproduit ces conditions dans le cadre de maquette se déployantdans un cadre fermé, il est possible de tirer toutes les implications d'une exportationdu mode de régulation américain dans l'Hexagone
